10.06.02 – currently: freelance contract with BSkyB’s Sky Creative Agency as creative/director of promos,
corporate videos and commercials.

03.09.99 – 20.05.02: employed in a full time contract by BBC Creative Services as a promotions producer across the Beeb’s terrestrial & satellite channels.

04.03.96 – 30.08.99: employed by The Paramount Comedy Channel as a as a runner for an inital eight-week period. Showed acumen andd steadily worked my way up to promotions producer.

Having graduated from Goldsmith’s School of Art and the Royal College of Art Film School, Martin went on to write and direct several short films which have been shown at various film festivals in London and Berlin and on late night television.

Martin has also directed over 100 TV commercials in the last 5 years, including a series of ads for Dyson Vacuum cleaners, an award winning series of Road Safety commercials and the ‘Don’t Forget What you came in for’ campaign for Woolworths.

He recently won the Golden Bear in Berlin for ‘At Dawning’ a cinema short starring Jenny Agutter & Yvan Attal – A comic morality tale about an escaping woman meeting a falling man.
